Our Kitchen & Nutrition

Two people in pink aprons and hats preparing food in a kitchen. Ingredients and fruit on a countertop.

Food is a big part of a child’s day — and we take it seriously. We have a fully licensed kitchen right on campus, where our chef prepares fresh, homemade meals three times daily.

Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack are cooked and served warm each day.

We prioritize organic, seasonal produce and work only with certified local suppliers.

Menus are developed in consultation with nutrition specialists to provide the right balance of proteins, grains, fruits, and vegetables.

We accommodate allergies and special dietary needs so every child feels comfortable and included.

Meals also teach children healthy habits — from exploring new flavors to learning table manners and sharing with friends.

Sample Menu

  • Breakfast:  Omelet, fresh fruit and berries, cheese sandwich, fruit juice
  • Lunch: Chicken noodle soup, beef stew with vegetables, bread, tea
  • Afternoon Snack: Milk and a roll/pastry
  • Dinner: Baked cottage cheese pudding, juice
Tray of prepared meals: soup, ground meat, mashed potatoes, fruit, and juice boxes.
